Overall good visit and good impression with facility and staff. Although the facility is older it seemed to be in good shape and maintained well.

What we like the most about Arbor Oaks are the private room cleanliness of facility staff friendliness. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Value for cost is hard to actually determine from available info from other facilities. I did do research prior to mom moving into Arbor Oaks. From what I could see, they are similar to others. Of course, costs are crazy high but we are pleased. Choosing a facility to place a parent is one of the hardest decisions children have to make. My father, sister and I are confident we chose correctly. We are grateful for the consistency of care mom has received. I certainly would recommend visiting facilities multiple time…

Not recommended

My loved one was previously a resident at Arbor Oaks Terrace Memory Care. The care was good, but the management was terrible. I had an issue with billing that is still ongoing. I can't get an answer to my many phone calls. I wouldn't recommend this facility to others.

Staff is friendly and mom is happy.

Mom didn’t want to be “in a home”. Her experience at arbor oaks has been a great one. She is busy with the activities and enjoys the food and company. She’s a lot less lonely and I’m MUCH LESS WORRIED. My mom loves the staff and they bring her extra marshmallows with her hot cocoa even when they don’t know that I’m coming to see her.

AO is upfront with their price schedule and each resident's charge is dependent on the amount of care needed. No hidden fees. Proximity was also a high priority for our family. We all live within 1 1/2 miles and can easily visit for short periods. I have a medical background and am pretty judgmental with places. Not once was a disappointed with the facility.
