Very good personal care

Summercrest goes beyond basic care—they truly focus on residents’ comfort and quality of life. The environment is calm, the staff are caring, and we always feel our loved one is respected and safe. House is always clean. R. is amazing—she truly cares and keeps us informed at all times, very responsive and easy to work with. It feels like a real home, not a facility. Highly recommend Summercrest Adult Care Home.

I can't speak highly enough of Summercrest. My father is quite a difficult person and they are endlessly patient and committed to a high quality of care. I couldn't ask for better partners in working together with medical professionals.

Very Supportive!

I would definitely recommend Summercrest. My father was always clean and the staff is small so he was taken care of by the same people. Very personal. I liked that. It's such a hard decision to make to put a patent into a home but they made it as easy as possible. To be honest, we picked this community because it was the chickens. My father grew up on a farm and when I saw them and how beautifully she kept the yard, I knew it was the place. He ended up getting the best care.

I would recommend

We chose Summer Crest because they have chickens and a manicured garden. My dad grew up on a farm so we thought this would be a good fit. The room he got faces the garden and I really like that. I like the fact that the staff are the same people all day every day so it easier to form relationships with them. I do think that she could improve on communication with the families a little more. I would recommend them to others looking.

Very nice home but might be a little to far away.

All Is Well

This community is where care looks to be at. The staff are doing a good job providing what my mom needs. I bring some extra items for her meals. They accommodate her with pureed meals at times there are some she is unhappy with. She is kept well groomed and stays in a clean house. They have activities but she is limited to participation.
