Great choice made easy!

At this point I think all 1 through 8 are rated 5 in my opinion. We are very pleased! The staff has been able to answer all of our questions clearly and quickly. The entire facility inside and out is very clean and in top condition. The meals have been well planned and have been very good. The overall value for services provided versus cost is very good.

Enjoying Arbor Ridge

Now that my mom has been there been a year, I can say that the amount of activities, cleanliness and communication is still just as nice and consistent compared to when she first moved in. My mom has made friends and meets twice a day to play cards with her friend group in addition to the other activities. She really loves the food, she always says it's very good and she's full after every meal. The residents are all very friendly and welcoming and the staff have always been pleasant to her and myself. Our families experience

The staff (with the exception of maintenance) is phenomenal, so kind and very helpful. The maintenance is definitely an issue. My mother has had a couple of issues inside her apartment and filed work orders. The maintenance staff never shows up in a prompt manner until I have to get involved and reach out to management. It's frustrating. The food and wait staff in the dining room has had significant turnover and the quality had been sub-par at times but they are working hard at trying to make it better. Overall, w…

Perfect new home for dad

The building is beautiful. Lots of activities from chair aerobics to yoga. Bingo. Everyone seems friendly. I don't see the staff much now that he lives there. The greeter is pleasant. The working staff smiles.
