Our loved one has become more engaged since moving in.

They really take the time to get to know the residents and make sure they are engaging in daily activities. They use kind and thoughtful techniques to direct the residents to complete tasks whether it is taking required medicine, personal care, or participation.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The people are tidy and content. The vision for the facility is creative. The staff are all trained in dementia care. It’s a smaller facility with higher ratios of staff/residents (1:8) which is great. The CNAs seemed very young to me, but I was assured that none of them are first time CNAs and everyone is trained in dementia care with continuing education requirements every year. There are a few places where it looks like they made a repair but then didn’t do the finis…

I am a vendor visitor and wanted to let others know of my experiences here. Twice I have visited this facility and both times I was greeted by the front desk girl and offered coffee and cookies right away. Staff smiles and seem to be happy to be there. Attitude and professionalism go a long way and this place knows customer service.

Good luck finding a better place

We saw a lot of memory facilities and this was the favorite in terms of layout of the property. Lawn space is excellent and garden is a nice shaded area with a high fence for security. The room is smaller than I like but it is doable. Everyone looked happy and we love the bright cherry feel on the inside and has a beauty parlor for my mom. Good place for the value!

Hands Down - a great value for the money!

I never realized how expensive memory care can be but this place is the BEST value we have found in this area for my dad. Other places we looked at have ala carte charges on top of the rent rate, but Ardens Courts does not charge ala carte. It is one price and it is affordable for my dad and should work within his budget. The sales lady also said she can look into the VA option since my dad is a Veteran for any additional benefits! What a great place!

Better than Expected!

I did not know what to expect I have never been to a memory care facility before but it was quite pleasant! The people were engaged and seemed to know each other and were friendly with visitors. [name removed] knew the all the patients names and we were met with smiles. It was a suprisingly pleasant experience and I do recommend taking at look at Arden Garden facility for dementia related loved ones!
