For memory care Maple Glen stands out to be the best in their category. The staffing team really cares for the residents. I see this when I can see how the team interacts with other residents not knowing that I see them. I feel confident that my Mom receives that same level of care.

Maple Glen was chosen because of how I saw the caregivers interacting with the residents. Genuine kindness. Smiles. They are all full timers so no agency staffing used on a regular basis. I feel very comfortable with mom living there.

Maple Glen is very pretty. Most of the people are nice. But they did not manage my husband's care very well & eventually kicked him out. He started out well, but then had some problem behaviors & was hospitalized. The Maple Glen folks tried to wean him off of meds the hospital prescribed & then his problem behaviors came back. They kept telling me that they were "professionals" and could handle our issues. But they did not handle things well. Eventually they hospitalized my husband again & didn't want him back afte…

My father has been at Maple Place for a few months now and we are extremely pleased with our choice. ALL the staff is amazing, the building is decorated in a classic style which he loves, and the building is large enough that he doesn’t feel trapped. The staff at Maple Glen Memory Care are absolutely wonderful, caring, approachable, helpful, and more. I cannot praise them enough. The housekeeping is reliable, our loved ones room is clean and he is always clean and well cared for. Communication with the family is frequent and also reliable.
