Mom did not like how they did activities and they would not usually let her take an afternoon nap even though we requested it numerous times? Most staff very nice but they do not have enough. Caregivers also serve meals and feed residents and there are not enough of them to do all of this. Very nice while mom was in Hospice at the facility.

Staff friendly and helpful. Communication can be an issue with upper level staff may not see much and especially not on weekends. Difficult to get through if call main number as they do not have reception. Not a fan of how activities are done. Many things done with T V shows. Prefer live people doing the activities versus having them watch a game show with activities staff. Would like live musicians to come in, not music on TV.

Hello came to visit friend of the family. The facility is beautiful. I met [name removed] from housekeeping, as she was in the lobby. She greeted us with such compassion and grace. When we went to visit our family we noticed she was missing some items in her room such as toilet paper kleenex, [name removed] immediately went and got the supplies for us. Our father has been at a different memory care facility for seven months, and we were not happy with the lack of training for the staff and the fact that he sat in his room alone all day.
