About Arden Courts North Hills, A Memory Care Community

Make the most of your retirement in a wholesome community tailored to meet all your needs as you age in grace and in place. Arden Courts of North Hills is proud to offer older adults in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a comfortable memory care and assisted living senior community. As an Arden Courts community, we’ve maintained a standard of living and care dedicated to supporting the generation that has raised us, taught us, and led the way for generations. It is our duty to provide a level of service we would want our own family to receive — a type of dedication we hope will pave the way in how all seniors are cared for in years to come. North Hills home-like community is conveniently settled in a comfortable residential neighborhood, in a quiet setting proximate to some of Pittsburgh’s most famous attractions. Our dynamic city is a great place to retire, as residents have access to so much, including the beautiful Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, Mount Washington, Strip District, and so much more. There’s something great in our “Divine Providence” for everyone from all walks of life. Community services and amenities At North Hills, memory care is our specialty. We’re here to diligently care for the special needs of individuals with memory loss. Our caregiving staff are professionally selected and trained to administer personalized care to every resident. From assistance with daily tasks to medication management, we are here to lend a compassionate hand. Residents have complete access to a variety of community amenities. Our home-like community features a relaxing common area, courtyard, outdoor patio, and communal living room. We enjoy three nutritious meals daily in our dining room, and residents can partake in a variety of specialized activities and events planned throughout the day. Activities are designed to be socially and physically stimulating and engaging for those with memory care needs. Living options We offer a relaxing selection of semi-private and one-bedroom units. All of our units provide exceptional natural lighting and are wheelchair accessible. Personal laundry and housekeeping services are administered weekly, and our dedicated staff are available 24/7 to assist residents whenever requested. Review for Arden Courts North Hills, A Memory Care Community

The care at Arden Courts is truly exceptional! The staff genuinely understand and respect the patients living with dementia. They are attentive and take time to learn each resident's personality, preferences and routines. They communicate well with families and are always willing to answer questions or address concerns. The staff are caring and compassionate!

The staff is very caring. Its hard to get medical info from nursing. The wing my mom is in smells like urine. The dining rm floor is not clean. Apt size is great. My mom likes the residents and staff. My mom is always clean and well cared for.

Great Memory Care facility in the north hills of Pittsburgh!

The facilities care is amazing. Staff are plentiful and friendly. Concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The set-up of the facility meets the needs for memory care clients. We have had a wonderful experience and peace of mind that our family member is being cared for in a place that meets their needs. Only concern is that the building is older and does need some updating.

Never send a loved one here.

More staff. Change all of the administration staff. Train staff on how to care for and communicate with people with dementia. The staff had no idea how to properly give my mom her medications and how to care for her.

Good Place for Memory Care

After having my father have issues at a couple other memory care places, not keeping him clean and having behavioral issues that were not handled well, we are so pleased with Arden Courts in North Hills. His hygiene is well taken care of and he is clean, shaven and is dressed every time we have popped in to visit. Additionally, they ensure he is up and has access to food if he is hungry. The staff is very caring and friendly.
