CriticalResidents are very happy and welcoming. Dining staff are cheerful and friendly. Food is delicious and activities are plentiful and enjoyable. Apartments are large and pleasant. For the things we wanted most, healthy eating and active socialization, Alexian is a home run. Regarding the administrative aspect of signing up and moving in, Alexian was not as organized and communicative or helpful as we expected.

PositiveI was extremely pleased with Ascension. The establishment, as well as the patients, were always very clean. I never detected any smells or odors -- and I have a keen sense of smell! They were communicative, helpful, and caring from my first visit until my Mom's death. My mom suffered from dementia, and was in the memory care unit.
