★★★★★
CriticalFood is bad. Never anyone at the front desk to answer the phone. Mangers have changed 3 times in 6 months. 3 new sales people in 6 months. Bus services has been not working now for 4 months. No Driver and the bus is broken constantly. I hope this helps
★★★★★
PositiveThe shortage with staffing makes it difficult at times but they are working on it and I am sure it will be resolved soon. Yes, I would recommend Ashton Manor at Sugarloaf to other families
★★★★★
CriticalIt's been an ok move. They have had a lot of turn over with staff that been a bit difficult for my Dad. I do not know any of the new staff. They have a new director, to cook, new front desk person, new driver, new sales person. I dont know anyone there now. I have no idea what happened and why the turn over
★★★★★
PositiveI was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I had lunch in cafeteria with [name removed]. The facility was very clean and so many residents spoke to me. The layout of studio was great and spacious for a studio.
★★★★★
PositiveThey are very helpful but can be short staffed on things like housekeeping. I think they hired a chef the month we left. Healthier, fresh food. Most of the food was processed and they did not offer enough vegetables. Management was changed in November 2025 so this may no longer be an issue.
★★★★★
CriticalI lived at Aston Manor for 5 Mos. I was not very Happy there they were changing their Staff every Month. This not good for the Residents.
