No Communication whatsoever

My LO was residing here in MC. They were unable to get her to take medication as prescribed and her behavior reacted to no medications. She was sent out 2x to the hospital and then psych facility due to behavior. Not once did this facility reach out to contact me that LO was not under their care. Both times they only responded when I reached out to ask them how much longer they would wait to contract me. Do not put your LO here as they will ignore issues happening within facility and with your LO due to ‘being too

Knew it was the place at first meeting

I toured the facility and knew it was the right place for my husband. Everything felt right. And I have not been disappointed at all. The nurses and other staff are all kind, friendly and very caring. I rest easily knowing that he is in a place like this. And they make it fun for the residents, playing games, singing songs, etc. Housekeeping is wonderful.

Review for The Addison of Alpharetta

I like the apartment, room size and the food is fair. The staff take too long to respond to calls - not trained well or supervised well.

Safe, supportive and very well managed

My father has been a resident here for about 18 months. He has settled in beautifully! There were initially some snags with showers or laundry not happening as scheduled, but management was immediately available to problem solve, and things are going so smoothly now. Dad enjoys the staff the activities and the food. Everyone there knows him by name and know exactly where he should be and when he needs to be there. I'm very happy with The Addison!

Resident of 10 months- Memory Care

The transition from home to The Addison was fairly smooth. The staff has been attentive to my mother who is type 1 diabetic. She mentioned the other day that "a;; of the food have is good" as well. Mon enjoys sitting outside in the courtyard on nice days. The caregivers and Medtee staff are all attentive. Mom is in the right place.

One of the best experiences I’ve had touring assisted living communities. The community was exceptionally clean, and the residents appeared happy, engaged, and well cared for. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and forthcoming with information, which made the visit feel both comfortable and informative. This community truly painted a clear picture of what “home away from home” should feel like.
