Aspen Trail, the luxurious Resort Lifestyle Community, in Colorado Springs. Aspen Trail offers all of the comforts and conveniences of modern-day living that allow you to enjoy your retirement. Aspen Trail's top-notch, all-inclusive services and amenities include EVERYTHING you need to live in comfort and luxury with one monthly rent payment and no buy-in or long-term lease. We offer a selection of floor plans designed with your comfort in mind. Whether you are looking for a studio or two-bedroom apartment, we can accommodate your needs. Your monthly rent includes all meals and room service through our Freedom Dining Program, weekly housekeeping, valet services, all utilities including cable, internet, and landline phone service and so much more. You will also be able to enjoy the conveniences of an on-site beauty salon, general store with medication delivery and a part-time bank. Want to have some fun? Aspen Trail offers an arcade for the grandchildren (and yes, adults can play too!), a fitness center for your daily exercise, a lounge where you can relax with friends during happy hour and a 150 seat theatre. In addition, there are always activities, card clubs, outings and much more for you to participate in. One of our favorite features for residents of Aspen Trail is the opportunity to visit the other Resort Lifestyle Communities through our Resident Travel Program. When you become a resident of Aspen Trail you have the opportunity to travel the country and stay in the Guest Suite of any of our communities and enjoy the amenities and services as you would in your home at Aspen Trail. The Resident Travel Program is complimentary for residents. So start planning your trip to Albuquerque, NM, Knoxville, TN, San Antonio, TX or one of our other wonderful locations! If you prefer to stay at home in Aspen Trail and have visitors join you, we have a beautiful Guest Suite available for family and friends. For a minimal fee, your loved ones can enjoy the comfort of being close to you while having the privacy of their own space. Sous chef

I was the sous chef for Aspen Trail. I think the best part about working there Was the interactions with my residence and my team. We took everyone’s concerns and desires for their meals and implemented that into our meal program. Such an enjoyable experience. I know I don’t live around another location, but I look forward to getting back into that kind of work just because of the team I I had with me there.

Visiting Mom at Aspen Trail

My Mom (and Dad before his passing) has lived at Aspen Trails as a charter member for about 5 years. I have visited many times. The facilities are very nice and always very well maintained. The staff is amazing and always willing to help my Mom with anything she needs. It is a very welcoming community. Aspen Trails is independent senior living but they offer many helpful amenities. The apartments are spacious and modern. It has been an excellent living situation for my Mom.

A warm and friendly community

From the moment I entered, I knew this was different than the 5 other places I had toured for my mom. She has been at Aspen Trail for 4 months and has been thriving! The change in her has been unbelievable. For years, she had isolated herself and rarely left the house, no friends or socializing. Aspen Trail is Paradise

This is the best place I've been so far. I lived 5 years at another independent living community. Everyone has been so friendly to me since day one. The community is also very clean. I wish I could get more of my friends to move here. I have called many of them to tell them to come visit and see what Aspen Trail offers.

GREAT FACILITY POOR FOOD

Been here more than 6 months and the food quality and service has continued downward. For food/service I would give it a 2 out of 10. Also equipment breakdowns like elevators, treadmill, coffee maker, ice cream machine etc takes forever to repair. MONTHS.
