PositiveGreat choice for my parents. They’ve met many people and are finally getting out and enjoying life. I love their apartment and how big it is (for an apartment). People are friendly, building is clean and overall we are very happy!

PositiveThe Atria is a Five Star experience from the moment one enters the building to the day one leaves. The atmosphere is warm ,comfortable and welcoming. CriticalI've noticed some changes over time that have affected the overall experience. There seems to be frequent staff turnover, and the quality of services and meals no longer feels as consistent as before. There have also been recurring maintenance issues involving things like hot water, fire alarms, and elevators. In addition, the rent increased fairly soon after my mother moved in. Overall, I was hoping for a stronger sense of attentiveness and care toward the residents.

Those with whom I have spoken consider themselves very lucky to be here. One of the most positive feeling I have about Atria is that rules programs customs activities etc etc are geared to the comfort and safety of those living here not the…

PositiveMy mother has been at Atria Arboretum three years now with referral from A Place for Mom. It's worked out well for the whole family. It's not perfect but it's a safe place with caring staff. There are things they don't have to do that make it feel like home.
