PositiveStaff are helpful, but others need to know that this is independent living. One has to have their own medical care provider independent from Autumn Leaves. The chef could be a bit more adventurous. We give him ideas but we get the same old same old.

CriticalResidents have had no hot running water since Sunday, [date removed], and this is Saturday, [date removed]. AND management is totally silent about this issue (as if ignoring it makes it nonexistent). Frankly, when you can’t even take a shower, it stinks. Literally! Would NOT recommend this facility to my worst enemy. And I respectfully request that this review be posted for the sake and safety of unsuspecting potential new residents.

PositiveI would recommend it as reasonable value and comfort. Residents are friendly. I like my apartment and feel the rent for it is good value. it includes 3 meals a day. All units have kitchens so one can provide their own meals, as much or little as wanted. Activity director provides activities and is open for new ideas. They presently include ice cream socials, bingo twice a week , happy hour, trips to special places and random activities. Other volunteers provide movies, crafts, games and random other activities.

PositiveI would recommend it. It's affordable and so many of these places are not. It's clean and the units are nice. They have a small kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. You have a bedroom and living room. There were not a lot of activities but they were supposed to be working on it. If you will need memory care eventually though you will have to move to another unit.
