High costs. From the lobby to floor 7, you have to go up some stairs, or take the elevator up to 1. Then, go to the other elevator to floor 7, and take a walk. Good to know that in the garage, go down . to the 2nd level down. There is no sign saying "Visitor Parking", so I just park near the VERY BACK in that part of the garage where there is a little orange elevator. . There is a code you have to use go straight up to 7, and yet another one to come down, which is quite confusing and not so user friendly. Besides,

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear our team was friendly and helpful, but we understand your concerns regarding the parking, elevator access, and navigation throughout the building. We know how important convenience and clear directions are for residents and visitors alike, and your comments are valuable as we continue working to improve the overall experience. We appreciate you taking the time to highlight both the positives and the areas where we can do better.

Review for Belmont Village Turtle Creek

For my parents, the transition from Senior Living to adding assistance, as needed, was seamless. Consequently, they are 'technically' Assisted Living now, little over a year after arriving. but it was never an issue. It was more like the Belmont offered to help them out here and there with this or that! Yes, happy to help. Belmont does an amazing job of building community, too. I stopped by at 4:00 to grab some tax documents this week, and bonus! I was able to enjoy a Happy Hour in the Belmont Bistro w my parents a

The executive team is very responsive and very hands on. Easy to communicate with and get questions answered. The team is compassionate and understanding in regard to the magnitude of the transition for my parents.

OVER PRICED LOUSY CARE

We had search many other retirement facilities in the area. Belmont was one of the nicest appearing facilities. The sales person assured us that all of our mothers needs could be met at the facility. Nothing but LIES! Very poor service an attentiveness to our mother. Many mess ups of medicines dispensed, ("this would not happen if you would use our in house over priced pharmacy") Mother pays $0 for her meds and does not wish to pay $165 for just one of her meds at their pharmacy. Heaven forbid there be an actual e

Stay closely involved

We asked them to get her a new bed because the one in the room was too high for her to comfortably get in and out of. Two or three days later she fell getting out of the bed and wound up in the emergency room. I would recommend them with reservations
