CriticalThis place has gone downhill the last year. If anyone would like a true picture of how things are run then you should come on a weekend or after 5 on a weekday. Depends on who’s working. It could be so much better. I would seriously put a camera in your loved one’s room. You’ll see what I’m talking about. It’s funny that after a negative review it’s employees that post positive comments.

PositiveThe staff is amazing. They treat everyone with kindness & go above & beyond to be helpful. The entire staff, especially the nurses & aids & the cleaning staff & maintenance staff, interact with each of the residents making them feel like they are at home. PositiveMy father is doing very well. His sugar is under control. with all the legalities going on and getting the guardianship and being a temporary guardian is not easy. The only problem we have is that when we needed a physicians report, nurse practitioner filled it out and we really needed a physician to fill it out for court. My father enjoys it.
