PositiveI toured here and was very impressed. The staff were all smiling and very nice. The apartments were updated with tall ceilings and nice fixtures. My dad is not ready to move just yet, but Bay Lake will be his home when he does.

Bay Lake feels like home immediately the second you walk through the doors. The staff are smiling and seem to really enjoy their work there. The residents always look well taken care of and genuinely happy. I would recommend Bay Lake to anyone looking for an assisted living or memory care.

They truly care about their residents at Bay Lake. It is hard to move your loved one into a community but they have made us feel so relieved with the compassion they have shown. Mom seems to have actually improved since moving here and we are very happy with our decision.

We were very hesitant about moving my aunt in but the staff went above and beyond our expectations. I can’t say enough great things about this community. I never thought my aunt would enjoy participating in activities but they have really changed her outlook! We are very happy with our choice.
