5 on all. Exceptionally caring staff, especially the aides! Staff is very caring and patient. The care he receives is wonderful. They treat my Dad with respect and kindness even though he can be grumpy at times! Food looks good and no complaints. The place is very clean and well kept. It is an older building and can use minor fixing up, ie wallpaper in private dining room and loose board on back deck needs replacing. (End of hallway near #55). Everyone there is very nice. The only thing I think they could work on is trying to get people more involved in the things going on. I would say the staff have been very nice and helpful to my mother. I would highly recommend Baywinde for anyone looking for a place for a loved one.

All 5's We are very happy with everything that is offered and my mom's health has improved 100% since being there!!! She is 89 years old and has never been interested in hearing aids until she started attending the dining hall three times a day and could not hear the other residence talking so she has recently bought hearing aids which has helped improved her quality of life. PositiveMy guide, Dawn, has been doing these tours for years and did a wonderful job. I can't fault her for my inability to process all the info. The packet of info at the end of the tour could have been a better help in reflecting more of the features of Baywinde. Nonetheless, it was a very enjoyable experience for me. Thank you.

Baywinde staff isn't attentive to there residents the food served is poor and try to look for an alternative if you have no other options planning on spending a lot of time there with your loved one. There is so much more to our story with Baywinde that I can share do hope that you remove Baywinde from your list for recommendation for they simply don't represent the elderly in good way

The staff is great. Helpful, accommodating. Great people! My Mother's apartment is the smallest available, about 500 sq ft. And it's fine and well appointed. So I can't see why most people wouldn't enjoy the accommodations. They have 1&2 bedrooms which are very spacious.
