Respite care concerns

In the last year, they had declined in quality of service. Too few workers to patients. Place wasn't as clean as past years. Our biggest frustration was we told them to keep pads on the bed because she has accidents. After she wet the bed, them made her sleep on the wet mattress.

Relieved

Staff is wonderful and so helpful. [names removed]and all the people in Concierge have been great. Have bent over backwards to make Mom's transition seamless. The only issue that Mom has made me acutely aware of is she's not a fan of the food. She's never had any nutritional guidelines that she follows. I'm sure it's bland by her standards.

Caring and kind staff in a somewhat dated facility.

I was a respite patient so my experience is different from most. I had a short stay to recover from surgery. The majority of the staff is wonderful and caring, the food was delicious and varied. There were enough activities to keep you entertained during the day but almost nothing at night. 20 year old movies didn't appeal to me when I could stream current movies on my tablet.
