The staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. Most of the residents are warm, welcoming, and easy to be around, which creates a pleasant community atmosphere. The kitchen is currently undergoing renovations, so the food options are somewhat limited at the moment, but this is likely a temporary situation.

My husband and I would rate everything a 5. However we've only been here 2-1/2 weeks and at the present time the elevator by our unit is "out" for the second time (which is inconvenient for someone handicapped) and the kitchen is being totally renovated for the next 3 weeks. I originally loved it but the previous administration let things go it is not the place. The middle elevator ha been down early June and I seriously worry about the folks you cannot walk down steps. The have other elevators but the most central has been out all that time. The food quality and service in the dining room had suffered greatly that I stopped going there 6 months ago and in fact I moved out last month because I was paying for services not received.
