About the community
Brighton Gardens provides personal care in an apartment-style setting that offers the simple pleasures - nutritious food, comfortable surroundings, and the support of a warm, caring and competent staff. A separate Special Care Center for residents with Alzheimer's or other memory related disorders is also on-site. The key to our success in the Special Care Center is our dedicated and compassionate staff, which receives special training and supervision. Our Special Care programming offers a variety of activities designed to achieve memory enrichment and positive social interactions. Caring for residents with dementia is a partnership between the community and the family, frequent family visits are encouraged and support groups and advisory councils are arranged. A Short Stay Program for seniors who need short-term care may also be available. It is the ideal alternative for recuperating after a hospital stay, while family caregivers are on vacation or if you just want to try out personal care. Please call for more information or to schedule a visit to find out how Brighton Gardens can enrich your life or the life of a loved one.

★★★★★
PositiveBrighton Gardens, which we ultimately chose for my father, was the warmest, most social, polished and inclusive community out of the seven facilities we visited. We appreciated the hands-on tour, in-depth Q&A, and taking extra time with us to discuss all of our needs and view every corner of the residence. We also loved how dynamic the property was, and how clean and well-kept the facilities were.

PositiveAll good. She has a huge apartment. She calls the second bedroom her dressing room. Lots of closet space that she insisted upon but really doesn't need. Food is good, staff efficient & attentive. She participates in some of the activities & seems fine. She doesn't rave with compliments but, more importantly, she doesn't complain. She doesn't think the hairdresser is as good as the one at the salon she went to before moving but goes every week.

PositiveOver all experience is 5 stars mostly because the staff is amazing. They are kind, considerate, and caring. They treat the resident with so much respect. The facility is very nice and clean. He seems to like the food. He has a small room, but he is on the memory care floor so he has no use of any amenities. I have never seen a better facility. They make it very homey.

PositiveAbsolutely everyone was caring and conscientious. My sister needed hospice care at 24/7 for her last few days and they do not provide that. But it was easy to arrange. The care givers (ours from Corewood and BGs) worked together well. The medical staff handled medications well. The room was excellent. I could tell (from other residents) that the facility ran well and they were happy. It's the kind of place I might enjoy (when and if I needed assisted living). There were lots of activities (which unfortunately m…

Positivethe sales staff and management were excellent and found a temporary housing solution for 30 days for fixed rate. The dinning and food are excellent as well provided robust Calender of social and enrichment activities for the seniors.
★★★★★
Positive5 for staff, 1 for sales team. They were helpful getting us in the door, but were not transparent about all costs, felt very al a carte and felt like a bait and switch operation to get our money and get us in the door. There were also errors made on their part- like a charge didn't process and we weren't informed for weeks and with a sent statement- things like that. Again wonderful second floor staff and team, [name removed] in billing was helpful but sales team gets low marks from us
