★★★★★
CriticalStaff is smiling and helpful. Like that they are almost always easy to find. Wish they would get him from his room at least once a day to walk and want them to encourage him to go to activities. Food is excellent. Want them to try to seat him with patients close to his level of dementia. Most patients are at a much deeper level and then they get no conversation. Room is very nice, need to mop under the bed and clean toilet daily. I have had to clean toilet 5 times - 2 days in a row. Most times it has appeared clean…
★★★★★
PositiveVery kind and friendly staff. The residents span a range of dementia from moderate to more severe. The activity director works very hard to engage all residents in activities suited to their condition. Not too fancy. Nice, clean and functional. Thought it would be a good fit for my not too frilly aunt.
★★★★★
CriticalThe Activities Director was great and several of the care givers were really good. I liked the management folks as well, but I don't think they were very good at managing the care.

PositiveThe decision to place your loved one into a memory care community is fraught with heartache, guilt, fear, sadness and a heavy sense of loss. One comes to this decision most often when, as a primary caregiver, you are at the end of your rope mentally, physically and spiritually. Facing the reality that your person needs round-the-clock care that you know you cannot provide, makes you feel inadequate and lost, but once your heart knows it’s the best for you both, I hope you take a good hard look at Belleview Heights …
★★★★★
CriticalUnderstaffed. Poor communication. They were unable to keep my mom safe and she was sent to the ER 4 times in 6 weeks. Management was in constant flux. She didn't get her medication for the first 2 weeks. I filed a complaint with the health department. We moved her to a new facility the end of April.
★★★★★
PositiveI would recommend to others. They have filtered air, and have trips to a horse therapeutic ranch.
