Plus: Clean, bright, safe facility with ample engagement / activity opportunities for residents. Pleasant staff and roving health care providers. Welcome visitors and willing to meet with family members. Resident has shown tremendous improvement since moving in 6 weeks ago. Minus: Difficult to contact residents and staff. Difficult to initiate care from primary NP, PT, OT, ST, mental health NP, and dentist. No transportation to outside doctor appointments. Caregivers do not insist on residents bathing and grooming…

Life at J.V.

I like that the staff are good listeners and will do whatever they possibly can to help both residents and family members with any concerns. I wish there were more activities staff so that programming could continue on weekends.

Review for Juniper Village at Aurora

I rate Juniper at 5. I know my husband is safe and well-taken care of by staff. The food is very good along with the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area. They have lots of activities for the residents and they keep them changed and clean. [name removed] has a private room and it has plenty of space and a private bathroom.

Peace of mind

My loved one has been here for nearly two years. The moment I moved her in, the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. They just do such an amazing job caring for people with memory care issues. Prior to this move, my phone rang daily from the previous caregivers with scheduling issues, rehab issues, it was stressful and non stop. The only time I receive calls is when it’s something import and I am always met with “It’s not an emergency “, so comforting. Admin is amazing. They walk “with you” through th…

Juniper Village makes the search and decision easier.

The staff at The Village the Juniper Village is absolutely wonderful and there are several of the employees there that have been there since it started in 24 years ago so that speaks volumes to me. Every time we go to see my dad if we have any questions at all whoever is available answers our questions also [name removed] and [name removed] were the two people that I that were a part of our decision and they're always happy to help always ready to answer or explain any situations.
