PositiveIf You Are Looking for a Warm Place, This Would Be It
This is a community that is close to family to visit our loved one. The staff are very friendly and they know the entire family by name. My loved one seems to be happy here. The staff communication with the family is good and they are responsive to our questions or concerns. There are three meals a day and there are choices to choose from.

We chose Benton House of Grayson because of the alignment of value system and also I was able to see how they care for their community. My mother is in the memory care unit and the staff are all very responsive and we are very happy with the quality of care that she is getting. The staff, especially the management staff is great. They know who I am and really personalize things and help you to integrate into the community. It is a lot of money, but I am getting what I am paying for.

PositiveBenton House is a very nice place, it was our second choice. They let us come in and do an in person tour even during covid which we appreciated. They just did not seem as focused on the individual and what they needed and it was also more expensive.
