Respite Care at Benton House if Staley Hills

The staff was kind and caring. Communication between employees at shift change was poor and unorganized. Husband needed help with showering, but he did not receive it. Meals were mediocre. He could not adjust to living in a memory care environment, but that was not a fault of the facility. He apparently needs more one on one care that provides him a better sense of security.

Positive experience

So far it has been a positive experience, the staff is friendly and helpful. Dining is transitioning with new staff and they are listening to the residents making positive changes. The facility is clean and maintained. The maintenance department is very attentive to the residents wants and needs.

Great Management and highly recommend for your loved ones.

The people are very friendly and the facility is clean. They have a great executive director which helps tremendously. I would definitely recommend Benton House of Staley Hills to anyone.

Friendly and caring staff.

You all took wonderful care of my beloved. It seems like yesterday I was visiting there at least once a day. It is family type of environment and friendly staff. I do however think the rates are high. It is very difficult to come up with the money to pay for the care.
