[name removed] is the first person you meet with. - Loved her. My sister and I both did. She's wonderful at her job. Caring, honest and loves her job. My cousin wasn't doing what he he needed to do of course we had to start paying for more and more. Which we totally understand. We thought things were going well and then we get a call from the new interim manager. I can't think of her name. They made her into that position. She had been there some time. I would say, overall it is the best community for Mom that we have found in the area.

It has been overall mostly a positive experience. It is cleaner than most I believe. The staff has been great.. When it comes to the care services it gets a 4 because we are new to this type of facility. The meals are ok, and our loved ones does not take advantage of the activities. It's very expensive for us, I know it's in line with other facilities. From looking around at other places, one of the best things in my opinion is the size. It's smaller than most places we looked into. I would recommend it.

Mom feels safe

My mom had gotten sick and they did a great job keeping her and her room clean. They come into her room several times a day to encourage her to come to activities going on. My mom always says she is safe there. I have seen some of the activities and everyone seems like they are enjoying them. My mom doesn't remember whether she participated, so I don't know what she thinks. Benton House and the care and help they give her is priceless to me. We were looking for an Assisted Living facility that provided an adult day program so that the family could have a break at least once a week. We looked at a couple of the locations in our area and, at the time, Benton House of Tiffany Springs offered an adult day program. My mother participated in the program, and she loved the facility, staff and would socialize with the residents. Truly a place for mom

The staff at Benton House of Tiffany Springs treats my mom as family. It made the transition so easy for her. The facility and my mom's room is always clean. The food options are great and it is nice that we can select my mom's meals weekly. The management is always sending my sister and I all the scheduled activities so we can participate if we are available. There are so many activities that the residents enjoy and look forward to.
