The tour was great. Nothing was hidden, and everything was very transparent. The staff is friendly and attentive. They remembered my name and my mom's story. The assessment findings were absolutely in line with what I thought regarding my mom's care. My mom is safe and will be busy every day. It is affordable compared to many other places in the area. We are four weeks in, she is settled in, and it is well with my soul.

Review for Bonita Villa Senior Living

Common areas of the facility are beautiful and well kept. However Assisted living rooms are not as well kept. - Unit was not fully inspected for cleanliness upon move it. Past tenants Items still remained in bathroom cabinet. -It took 4 weeks to fix television after inquiring day1. -It appears that staff is short handed

Met with [name Removed] she was great. She answered all my questions and was super helpful with resources we may be able to access. This is the first tour I have teken as my loved one is still in a skilled nursing facility. Thank you [Name Removed] you made me feel like I can maneuver this difficult process. I will be touring a few more places as I want to make sure we pick the must suitable place for us.

If you can't afford better, it's ok

Overall we didn't find the facility terrible, but there was a lot of staff change and that affected the quality of care in assisted living and memory care. If it's the best you could afford it's ok. If you can afford better than go elsewhere.

[Name Removed] was great. Friendly and very informative. She provided a tour of the MC space and gave details on activities, practices and expectations. It’s an older facility, but very well kept. And I was informed there is some minor improvements coming along the way.

The tour was booked through A place for mom. It appeared we were not on the schedule when we arrived. It was taken care of and the tour was lovely. We toured several places on Friday and Bonita will not be on our list, unfortunately.
