PositiveMy mom needs memory care. The place doesn’t meet her needs. She will be 92 & is mobile , but she doesn’t remember most if the time where she is. She can’t be in a room alone.

PositiveVery friendly staff and the facility was very clean and updated. The Sales Director was very knowledgeable and the Nurse staff was very plesant. They prepared the Sudio Suite my mom would be staying in and it was very clean and ready to use.

Residents are very friendly. Administration not so much. Big turnover last month. Facility is being run by staff from nearby Claiborne facility. Communication with families spotty. The activities are unimaginative. Activity room usually empty. We have $[removed] monthly discount.

My mother is enjoying her experience there. The staff is warm and engaging. They really look after her in a positive way. The only drawback remains the food. It's truly nothing special. It seems like they could put more effort into the quality of their meals.
