Bridle Brook is a Top Notch Facility

The staff at Bridle Brook were awesome. My mother had a lot of anxiety about making the move but as soon as she arrived the staff eased her fears and made her feel welcome! They were very patient and kind as they cared for her. Also the business office was very responsive to insurance claim inquiries.

Would recommend

I believe they have the same issues as other facilities - retaining quality help, specifically CNA's & frequently having to hire people not suited to caring for elderly. They don't last long. Turnover is hard on everyone for maintaining continuity of care, knowing the patients & communicating with family.

Great place for mom

Mom spent 1.5 years in another facility prior to living at Bridlebrook. She lost weight, hated the food, and the Covid experience was terrible. She moved to Bridlebrook in October 2020 and has never been happier. The food is great and she’s never complained once. She loves the staff and her surroundings. Oh, and she has gained 25 lbs.
