★★★★★
PositiveSmaller facility, staff is great, apt units vs hospital type room and more affordable than most. I highly recommend Brookdale Buck Creek! And the food is great!
★★★★★
CriticalIt was awful. We have taken my parents out of there. Would never recommend!!! Don't ever choose this facility. Very poorly managed
★★★★★
CriticalMy only reason for my rating is that my wife lived there for six days and passed on [date removed], but I still had to absorb part of June. I complained to no avail about that as it is tacky to charge after one's loved one has passed. The staff seemed to be pretty good and I base this on six days of being there. She had stopped eating for the most part so dining was no experience. She was also not able to participate in any actives and just lived in the bed. It seemed clean and they were attentive to her needs. It …

CriticalMy sister in law was there a year ago. She has since passed away. However, based on last year, I would give it a 3. She was in assisted care but didn't receive much assistance. She went days without any sheets for her bed, medicine was not given in a timely fashion. They were obviously extremely short staffed. While the facility is clean and the staff friendly, ongoing staffing shortages make it more appropriate for short-term or end-of-life care rather than rehab recovery

CriticalRead the fine print. Get it in writing. Administration needs to be more organized instead of "putting out fires" as they happen. Eliminate the "fires" with set schedules for bathing, cleaning, etc. My parents have gone weeks without someone vacuuming their room. Two weeks without changing sheets. It is ridiculous that we have to ask and beg to get every day things accomplished. Too many workers on their cell phones scrolling

CriticalThey apparently were complying with the contract, but my wife lived there only five days before passing on [date removed] and they kept some of the money for June. Really tacky in my opinion. The staff there could not understand why I only got about 2/3 back of my prepaid May/ June amount. HQ knew. Tacky.
