I would probably give them a 5 overall. My only concern is that we still need to have visiting angles to make sure my sister is getting enough attention. They have a great food program, nurses on staff and good activities. Also, they have entertainment

I like the friendliness and the common areas are bright, open and welcoming . Now she's stayed longer I am seeing more areas that need improvement. Maintenance, food, nursing care, and physical therapy she has experienced numerous issues. 1. Her apartment has poor air flow and the thermostat doesn't work adequately to adjust temperature 2. Her refrigerator didn't initially work and the replacement needs to be manually defrosted which someone with mobility problems can't do on her own bending down easily 3. She …

Positive- mom is gaining weight from the dining service and staff are friendly and helpful for the most part Negative- Care response time is much slower than promised. Administration office is slow to fill out her insurance paperwork so she hasn't received any reimbursement yet.
