Brookdale Sleepy Hollow

Very pleased with our choice of Brookdale Sleepy Hollow for our loved one

I should mention that my family member resides in the memory care wing of Brookdale Sleepy Hollow. More communication would be appreciated between 'physician' staff to the family members when a medical situation comes up. Staff/care, for the most part, has been good, and if there are any concerns they are promptly handled. We toured for our parents- this community is an absolute treasure. The staff and management were all so friendly and inviting- eager to answer any and all questions. This place is adorable and seems so family oriented!

Toured the community and its a great place to leave leave your loved ones. The environment feels like home.

Overall pleasant experience

Overall, we have absolutely loved the smaller size of this facility compared to larger ones. For someone who wasn't really ready for memory care yet, it's been comforting to know she sees the same people more often and benefits from a better staff-to-resident ratio. The staff has been amazing in helping my mother-in-law get settled and acclimated. She was very angry and upset about having to move into an ALF, feeling she was too young at 75 and still physically healthy. Unfortunately, Alzheimer's made it too diffi…

Extremely friendly and helpful staff and we met many happy residents on our tour. A safe, clean and homey environment will be our determining factor in choosing a new home for our brother in need of 24 hour memory care. Thank you for the recommendation.
