Not what I hoped for

Nothing seems to go as planned. Things are late starting or fall through and don't happen. We have a new food manager starting and hopefully that will help and change things, because the food is poor haven't changed the menu in over a year. Also finding out not always the truth is told around here. It's a shame to say these things but this is what's been happening lately. One of the things that happened is it took over a month to repair our pool, they're always excuses for the part not coming or not being installe…

Premier Cadbury Review

Since they've just switched over to a new company and all it's a little difficult. Right now it seems to be some lip service but not actions. But I think that's going to improve as we all talk more. They just got a new activities director so there's no way of saying how that's going to go yet. Recently, within the last 6 months there has been a rush to fill the apartments apparently without any assessment of persons taken in. The result has been confusion with respect to policies for smoking, pets, dress code, decorum, etc. The result is a contingent of indigent people that are sometimes without resources or guidance. I think what sticks out most about Premier Cadbury is the friendliness of everyone. They were very welcoming and caring. The facility is a little dated, but it is overall a very nice place.

Glad I made this decision

Thins are working out very well for me at Premier Cadbury. When I first came to visit, all of the staff were interacting with the residents and knew everyone by their names. I would tell others looking into the facility to just make sure to ask questions on your tour. They have a lot of great things to offer here and everyone has been so friendly.

Very good experience

I stayed at Premier Cadbury (Rehab Unit) for about 3 months and it was a pleasant experience for me. Physical Therapists were great, activities were interesting and I enjoyed the new games that I learned. Nursing care was good and all staff were respectful. Overall I give the facility a rating of 10 out of 10! I will miss the friends I made.
