PositiveThe staff was ok, but didn't keep her from walking and falling with ER visits. Activities were mostly having her watch TV. Food was fine, but didn't make her eat and she needed the nourishment. For a large facility, that's what they do. The facility was beautiful.
Response from the communityThank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your concerns regarding your loved one’s safety, engagement, and nutrition. While we’re glad you found the facility beautiful, it’s clear we fell short in areas that matter most. Your comments will be shared with our leadership team as we work to improve the support and care we provide.

PositiveWhen my mother in law was there they seemed to always be short staffed and her necklace button rarely worked.

PositiveAdministrative staff could be more present, available and intentional with procedures of move-in and daily protocol communications. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend the community to others!

PositiveEverything except the last two are five I'm told repeatedly there is not enough activities when I look it seems like there are enough, but she is not a joiner so and as for the value, you know, I was kind of under the impression if you're sharing a room you know that's like a 50-50 but that's not the case so we actually we're still paying 2/3 of the full rate we've been actually looking around. The staff are amazing all of them. They do keep me informed they take very good care of my mom. The food she says is very …

We're so glad to hear that your mom is well cared for, enjoys the meals, and that you've felt supported and informed throughout her stay. We understand your concerns about activity participation and pricing, and we’d be happy to discuss both in more detail to see how we can better support your family’s needs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we truly value having your mom in our community.

CriticalMy mother in laws button never did work so she would wait hours for someone to come help her with something. Correction, she would call me and I would have to call and get someone to help her. Sometimes several times a day. Otherwise clean and she loved the food.
