I would rate each one with a five. Cadence was a great place. Everyone from staff to resident are so friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and more importantly, it didn't smell. Food was really good. You all are amazing and we thank and appreciate you all.

Everyone is friendly and kind. Staff and residents. Very welcoming place. Food is awesome. Activities and varied and well scheduled. We have no complaints. Perfect place for our parents to have their social life back and everyone is secure in their care.

The communication was slow at times, and still is. We eventually get the answers we need. My loved one loves living there and is becoming more comfortable with being there on her own. We visit her twice a week.

Criticalfriendly staff
My mother was going downhill fast and I felt she needed much more care and quicker responses from the staff. For instance, if she needed to go to the bathroom, she could wait up to 15 to 30 minutes to get assistance. The staff felt that they needed more people. They were all lovely people and they adored my mother.
