CriticalWe couldn’t be more disappointed with this facility. While the front desk staff are great, the rest of the service and facility needs drastic improvement. The food is terrible and seems to be getting worse. The housekeeping service is very sporadic and my mom has gone weeks without her room getting cleaned. The resident activities are also minimal and there are none run by the actual employees of the facility- they seem to require the residence to run their own activities. Again, for a place that keeps raising the …

PositiveOverall very happy, staff is amazing. I would say so far the only negative comments I can make is maintenance takes a while to get to a request, servers at the cafe don't really explain the ordering process and how to pick everything for new residents so it was confusing for my parents at the beginning. M They wish the patio was a little bigger and not walled in so they could see when they are sitting down but the apartment is the perfect size for them.

PositiveMy mother was in their Memory Care Facility. Her room was quite large and provided room for her bed, desk, recliner chair. Plenty of extra storage as well. Room and bathroom were always clean and maintain. Staff was courteous and interacted with the residents well. A staff member used to engage the residents with games and activities. The food was good per mother's opinion. What was the biggest help to us was engaging Hospice of The Valley to assist her and their staff in her care. She suffered from dementia which …

PositiveThe facility was very bright and clean and gave me a very good first impression. The Tour/sales Director was especially nice and the kind of person I would love to have as a friend. The exercise room was very nice and I found a couple floor plans that would work well for me. I liked that each apartment had washers and dryers.

CriticalMy family has been there almost one full year. We were disappointed to have a very heavy increase in fees in less than six months. It was as if they got you in the door at this great price and then jacked the rates. They have many empty rooms and I believe the reason why is that "corporate" last summer started charging $[removed] a month to anyone living in assisted living whether they require assistance or not. That additional fee was tagged onto our high increase in rent. We thought about moving also but have no…
★★★★★
CriticalThey keep raising the monthly rent but have failed to provide services that are in the contract. For example; Their van was involved in an accident. It's been months. They only have a car now that takes four people. If you are not fast enough to sign up, you don't get to go to the store or Walgreens. Uber is the better choice if the resident can manage it. The contract states late night snacks available. Minor thing but it was in the paperwork. This has never been true for Independent Living...occasionally a few a…
