For categories 1-8 I give them all 5. This was an awesome facility. Very clean and the staff kept them in engaged and busy daily! For the residents, the facility has a monthly calendar listing there daily activities broken down in 30 minutes increments. This keep the residents involved and engage. I am hesitant to write this review because I rarely do bad reviews but in this case it is warranted. My mother is currently staying at Chandler Memory Care and they taking very good care of her. [Name removed] and the other nurses are just wonderful. The problem is with the bookkeeping and how they have overcharged my 86 year old dad.
