Mosaic Gardens Memory Care at Chandler

It would be okay for someone with full blown Alzheimer’s. However my husband is not there . The sales person was great!!!! It’s not a good fit for him.

Overall please with the facility

For categories 1-8 I give them all 5. This was an awesome facility. Very clean and the staff kept them in engaged and busy daily! For the residents, the facility has a monthly calendar listing there daily activities broken down in 30 minutes increments. This keep the residents involved and engage. chandler is an excellent place for your loved one

We love that the community is not crowded. The staff really seem to care and they interact well with the residence. The community's communication is very good. I would definitely recommend this community to others

Bad Experience

I am hesitant to write this review because I rarely do bad reviews but in this case it is warranted. My mother is currently staying at Chandler Memory Care and they taking very good care of her. [Name removed] and the other nurses are just wonderful. The problem is with the bookkeeping and how they have overcharged my 86 year old dad. We were told by [name removed] that we would pay a private room rate of $1835 per month above what Mercycare is paying for the room. My dad wrote a check for $4751 for the first parti…

The staff were supportive by giving us suggestions as to how to proceed with the move, and helping both us and [Name removed] acclimate to our new life style.
