The first few weeks were difficult. If there was some sort of onboarding so we (my mother and our family), understood “how things work around here,” it would have been helpful. She moved in and there were no introductions, no showing around the place, we had to learn it on our own, which was fairly difficult. There were some hiccups with meds and the doctor, laundry and more.

Walking into Sunrise of Chandler made you feel like you were in a home, not a business which is one thing we liked. We also like that when we needed to move our mother the rooms were exactly the same.
