A decision well made choosing to live at Clarendale.

I'm actually the one living here at Clarendale with my husband. We loved the location & also the living quarters! This facility is very clean & very well kept. I also wanted a place that had Independent living, assisted living & memory care! We currently live in Independent Living but may need Assisted Living in the future!

Wonderful retirement home

My mom just moved in over a month ago and is already feeling very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and any little thing we need they take care of or fix immediately. Dave, the Director, is on top of any issues with the apartment, which takes a huge weight off of my shoulders. The other residents are genuinely happy and very friendly. The activities are very well put together and great variety. I feel extremely comfortable having my mom live here.

Clarendale of Chandler

It's a little on the expensive side, but it's fairly new. I feel that some of these places are a little expensive bc they have a lot of highly paid administrative staff that I'm not sure what they actually do to support the member experience. The food stood out to me, along with the overall dining experience. The amenities are better, but Mom wasn't really using any of them, which made moving to a cheaper place acceptable.

Feels Like Home

We have been living at Clarendale for the past six months and our experience has been very positive. The residents are friendly and welcoming, which makes it easy to feel at home. The staff are consistently helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. The accommodations meet our needs well and are comfortable and well maintained. Excellent facility with a rich social life

Clarendale of Chandler is well-run with a professional, responsive staff. It offers a rich social life for residents who choose to participate in it. It's always clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating. Everyone who lives there seems very happy being there. There's a regular schedule of movies to view in a viewing room, interesting guest lectures, a TV room, many social events such as card games and trivia, and a workout room. It is like apermanent vacation.

We like meeting and dining with new people as well as old friends. We like that a variety of amenities are available, should we choose to use them. Our villa is great,especially the garage. We look forward to long and comfortable stay.
