★★★★★
PositiveIt was lovely but too small for our needs as a couple. Lots of nice features. Choice of meals. Activities
★★★★★
PositiveStaff was very helpful and they all knew [name removed] personally. She loved the bingo. Cedarhurst took her out to Walmart and restaurants on day trips. She made friends with the other residents and enjoyed their company, especially on the front porch in the summer.
★★★★★
CriticalCedarhurst didn't want to work with me financially at all and wasted my time. Staff is ok, however there is a short older lady with grey hair n glasses. Horrible attitude and very rude. She's definitely in the wrong industry. I wouldn't move my mom there due to her alone. I'm glad we stayed with Manor Lake as they worked with us financially and staff is all great.
★★★★★
PositiveFantastic experience, very happy with the service and professionalism! Very nice facility, good attention to residents, amazing activitu schedule, good food with alternate choices available. Senior exercise/PT team is outstanding!
★★★★★
PositiveThe activities are limited for men, especially for those with good cognition. My Dad didn't enjoy crafts or flower arranging and was not a particularly spiritual person. He did like listening to some of the musicians that came in. He would have liked going to the movies or a concert or a fishing trip or maybe a book club with choices the men would like. The food was OK. Could have had more fresh fruits and vegetables but I brought them in to him. Lots of rice. The staff was outstanding. They treated my Dad with kin…
★★★★★
PositiveStaff very caring and helpful; activities seemed to be satisfying to residents; food would most likely get a 3 on the 1-5 scale, although I sure there were many that had special needs and diet.
