Its difficult to rate quality of care one uncaring aide can mess up the average for outstanding staff. We have been very fortunate to experience excellent care givers except for several individuals who are in the wrong profession.

Had to submit paperwork several times. Sometimes takes a long time for the answering the call bells. Senior administrative staff says one thing, but staff working with the individual does something different.

Our tour was great, [name removed] answered all of our questions. I was a bit throw off by the price only because I was told by A Place for Mom $[removed] and the actual price for memory care is $[removed]. Everyone was very friendly. It was dinner time so we were able to see the menu first hand and the variations in the residents food. As well as see the staff interacting with them. We were also able to see the room we would like for dad as there was one available. We are moving forward with the necessary document

We specifically asked whether they allowed a Medicaid spend-down—meaning she could pay privately and then transition to Medicaid while remaining in the same room. We were only considering facilities that offered that option. We were told that transitioning to Medicaid would not be a problem and that they had done this for many residents. Now her privat

Would definitely recommend

The memory unit staff was excellent and attentive to everyone's needs. The variety of meals was very rewarding. Any questions we had for any staff was answered in a timely fashion. The activity in the unit was simple but rewarding to the guests.
