CriticalI believe it is recently under new management, but I'm not 100% sure. But up to now I would say look elsewhere. High rise or crosstown I have heard are nicer in comparison but I don't have any first hand experience. Mom is trying to get into something else at the moment...

CriticalThey're nice to start, but after a little while they aren't so much. The food is alright. It's from loaves and fishes. The activities from what I understand are hit and miss as far as actually happening. They offer rides to the store via co-op transportation, Walmart , aldis and such, but my mother says she can never get to use it and she has tried.

PositiveThe other tenants were very nice and helpful toward my Mother. Far as board games etc. She has felt welcomed by others. There are some concerns with the toileting situation. She was not use to not wiping after bowel movement. They were asked to wipe afterwards and she was not comfortable with this in the beginning.

Positive5 for everything except dining/meals because city view doesn't provide that service. Overall, my mother in laws experience has been great. The apartment is very nice, it is very affordable and the people who work at this complex are very nice. We are still so grateful for your help in finding a nice place for her to live

Overall it is the right size, the apartment is adorable, and my love one is very happy. [name removed] from A Place for Mom, helped me. Everything fell into place, and it was a blessing. For people, living on social securit, this is a very nice place to live.

CriticalWe chose City View because they had availability at the time when we were needing it. The apartment sizes are fair, about 500 square feet. We did have a problem with water coming through to his place, it took a long time to get that cleaned up. Other than that I think everything has been fine for him.
