We love it here! The good is the support from the management and maintenance staff! Most of the neighbors are amazing and friendly! The activities are great! There are a few residents that don't follow the rules, but that's true, I'm sure everywhere !

Mom is loving Clairmont. Everyone I have chatted with is very nice and enjoys the place. My mom is very happy moving and I know Clairmont has a lot to do with it. My mom went from a 3 bedroom size house to one, she love the size because she still has her comfortable space. It's a very comfortable size, not too big to clean but big enough feel open.

My Dad no longer lives there, they did some extensive renovations and the rent increased significantly. My Dad really loved it at Clairmont Crest. Overall it was a good experience because during the renovations it was a little difficult for the seniors living there. Other than that, it would have been great.
