CriticalCorso is beautiful on the outside but lacking in service on the inside. On my first day I fell and waited 45 minutes for help getting up off the floor. Also the first day someone brought me a tray of my medications which I was not signed up for. in closer inspection they were not even my medications. Dining room service was often slow due to excessive turnover of staff. They did, however, have a beautifully equipped wellness center and well staffed therapy staff They had a separate cafe as an alternate dining op…

PositiveThe leadership team has been like a revolving door, so there is a major lack of consistency and continuity. If you talk to The staff themselves, they do not respect the leadership team and feel disrespected.

CriticalThe meals were fine, and lots of choices. Most of the food serving staff was incompetent. The care team had a mixture of very caring individuals, and unfortunately, very unprofessional individuals as well. If you had an emergency late at night, the staff would often not respond. One caregiver assigned to check high need individuals during the night, opened the room door, waved his hand, and left without even looking at the resident. We left Corso very disappointed.

PositiveThank you to A Place for Mom and for [name removed], who recommended..We love Corso!Lovely place to live! Hard working staff! The restaurants and delicious food, the lovely grounds and courtyard, the high ceilings and spacious rooms, but, most importantly, the mixed assisted and independent living model which allows for residents to stay in the same physical space when their needs change or if a couple has mixed needs.Activities- for the most part, very good. There could be more a greater variety, however.Overall, …

PositiveCorso is the Gold Standard in Assisted Living Facilities. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. And one thing that particularly sets Corso apart from other AL Facilities is they do not segregate care levels. Both Independent and Assisted Living are all intermingled. The food is fantastic, and the care staff/resident ratio is excellent. It literally is like being on permanent vacation at the Four Seasons.

PositiveMy mom loves it and the staff are amazing. Food can take a while because it's restaurant style, but it's delicious and amazing choices of food. We love it and they have a unique model to allow assisted and independent live together in a single residence. That is unbelievably wonderful for my parents that they don't have to live separately.
