★★★★★
PositiveSo far our experience has been great being about one month. We would rate a 5. What we like the most about the community is the excellent food, the cleanliness of the facility, the courtyard and everyone is friendly. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff was very attentive in the brief time [name removed] was there. Maintenance requests were met but a little slower than we would have liked at times. The move in and move out was smooth. Food was fine. Apartment was lovely. They were only there a brief time but the time there was peaceful and pleasant. They recommended the hospice facility and that was a great place. (Casey House)
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff turnover after merger impacted some of these scores. However, what we like the most about the community is that it is one of the most beautiful buildings and surroundings we've seen - incredibly quiet. Very high end furnishings - like a luxury resort
★★★★★
CriticalThe administration doesn’t care for the residents . Food is bad , late in medication & providing residents who need assistance. No activities for men, several activities are scheduled at the same time which is not fair if you really want to do the other .
★★★★★
PositiveMy friends told me about Cogir of Potomac and they visited places for me while I was in rehab. I was previously living alone in an apartment in DC. This is the best decision that was ever made on my behalf. This community is not only gorgeous, but the people here are what make it a home. I want to stay here forever and I appreciate the support that is provided to me by every single person from the driver to the dining team to the wonder care staff. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live.
★★★★★
PositiveI am extremely happy with Brandywine Potomac and rate them a 5 across the board. I would absolutely recommend to others.
