PositiveCogir is a beautiful place, new, clean and promised updated communication, various activities for memory care residents and healthy food. Most important was a still active group of residents that would enhance our sisters life and help her stay active socially, physically, and mentally.

PositiveThis was a beautiful new facility. Everything was designed well. The AL units have their own washer/dryer in unit which is a big plus. The staff were very friendly, helpful and they seem to be well staffed. My only negative is if you have a resident in AL that needs a lot of help, it can get quite expensive. Their add-on fees are quite a bit.

PositiveA new beautiful facility with many amenities. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. In touring, many residents were participating in various activities.

Rather than leave it downstairs for the next person, you have to bring it back to the front desk on the first floor so that she can lock it up again. I have a w…
