Room for Improvement

Really need to perform maintenance on the 50 year old main building and all the cottages. Remove tarps from leaking roofs. Install new windows. Need better Lawncare as weeks go by without lawns around cottages being mowed. Old sprinklers need to be replaced around the main building and cottages. Improve menus and hiring trained, good cooks. One chef alone can't do it all. Many poorly plated entrees as well as missing essential items to complete promised menu. Rent increase after each year ridiculous as the place is…

It was a good experience. It was a 5. The resident's hallway's are needing an update. The carpet looks old and dirty and the walls need painting. I would recommend it.

Admissions took the time to show me my idea room preference. Often, the experience I have with someone opposite the phone or the email or the text is transactional. Not Country Club at Woodland Hills. They have taken a location Iwould otherwise not consider to one I definitely have on my list of possible just through this experience alone. All my questions were answered.
