Great employees

Positive = many of the people there do good work and care about the people - many are kind and helpful during the hardest and most difficult time in a person's/family's life Negative= cleaning of the room is not consistent - floors are not always clean. Cable/TV service has not been good and no one seems to know what to do about TV service -- when the person who is the resident and completely bed ridden, the TV is extremely important - this is one of the top negatives

Quality care

I had to get my mom out of the last home ASAP, and a place for mom recommended this one. To be honest money matters. My mom is almost out of money. My mom is cared for, the last place was bad. The only thing I did not know, they do not have memory care. It is a great place and my mom likes it too!

I recently toured Country Village, and it is a beautiful place. Staff is friendly and helpful; they seem to genuinely love and enjoy their residents within the facility. The building was clean and well kept! It has a charming and close-knit feel; it has so much character and will be a great home for my grandmother. I highly recommend coming and touring this facility.

Comfort and Care

My father and mother both live at Country Gardens. I believe the caretakers are genuinely concerned about the folks who live there. The caretakers know each person on a personal level, and the environment feels like home ! I know that this time of Covid has been very stressful for everyone. When Country Gardens had to respond with a time of quarantine, I felt confident that my parents were getting the best care possible.
