Overall experience...4-once we got in the experience was great though expensive. Value for the money..[Amount Removed]non-refundable fee just to apply! We started the application process on[Date Removed]. Did not move in till the [Date Removed]. Patient died on the morning of [Date Removed]. Patient was glad to finally get into the facility and to die there. He received good care between the facility staff and Kaiser Hospice.

All the staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful, the transition and tours helped my mom adjust to her new place and the other residents were also very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend to others.

We had a relaxed and comprehensive visit. The Sales Rep was helpful and attentive to our interests. However, the facilty was completely full, so it was not possible to see a unit in person.

You need to tour the facility to appreciate it.

Overall, the experience is pretty good. The facility is excellent; built just before the pandemic and built specifically for memory care, easy clean surfaces, TVs with in-wall wiring, and strong WiFi everywhere. In the last 22 months there has been a lot of turnover in the help staff. I think this is common in this industry. There has been a core group of really talented help staff that balances out the turnover. Turnover includes the activities director; the current one is hard working and excellent. Food is moder

What we like the most about the community is that they are welcoming, clean community with walking trail. good follow through from staff. Their in house care agency could communicate better.
