Positive[name removed] wanted to know about my aunt and her needs and helped me see how "Seasons" would fit for my aunt. We got an opportunity to participate in a patriotic sing-along led by two local musicians. My aunt was impressed with the number of residents who attended and their friendliness and obvious happiness. The staff members we met seemed to love their jobs and had special connections to the residents. 1. I was told my meds would be there when I arrived. No meds. 2. Once staff came to the rooms, demeanor and caring deteriorated. 3. Abandoned me on toilet. 4. Did not come upon emergency call. 5. PositivePerfect option for my parents
I visited six options in my area. Several were what I saw as a good fit. Seasons Courtyard was my choice for several reasons. The intake staff was very attentive. My parents home was flooded by the hurricane so we had to move two weeks early and on very short notice. Seasons furnished an apartment and welcomed my parents in about 48 hour.
