PositiveMoms bed sheets and cloths washed
My mom has been in Dogwood since [date removed]. Her bed sheets haven't been changed in 2 weeks. Her clothing ,which includes bed pads( which are wet) have been washed once. This isn't except able due to tge amount they charge per month and what was promised us when we excepted the apartment.

Dogwood Forest was wonderful. Recommendations from others, visiting and having residents tell us how great it was, the time the staff took to answer all of our questions and address some concerns about our mother's needs and quirks, our ability to visit any time even at night.

CriticalStaff Does The Bare Minimum
They very difficult to deal with my father is currently in the hospital with pneumonia because they allowed him to get dehydrated. They do not provide enough fluids to the patients. I feel really bad for the patients that do not have a family member that can take care of them. I would not recommend anybody.

I am not pleased with all the policies and procedures that they failed to disclose upfront. There also is a lack of communication between staff members and from the staff to the family. Their brochures and new resident packets don't cover a lot of my questions. They should have better written paperwork to disclose policies and procedures. Dad has been sick with high fevers twice and they have not provided him with meds to alleviate the fevers. I'm paying a lot of money because I thought I would not have to worry ab…

PositiveKind, professional, respectful, happy place to live!
Very pretty, clean, decorated like a nice hotel, tons of activities. My mom has a corner balcony with tons of her plants and room for family too. Staff is very friendly and kind to mom, and rooms have full size refrigerators in the kitchen area. The food is great with a big variety. Dogwood Forest is terrific in every way!
